Backed by 25 years of mold & home inspection experience.

Do I Need an Inspection?

These common signs point to moisture problems that can lead to mold growth.

Musty, earthy smells

Sweating windows or clammy air

Recent leaks or water stains

Coughing, wheezing, or irritated eyes in certain rooms

What We Do

We start with a visual inspection for moisture intrusion and visible mold growth. To aid in this evaluation, we incorporate professional instruments such as thermal imaging, moisture meters, and borescopes. We also perform a full HVAC assessment (air handler/furnace), ductwork, installed humidifier systems, and air filtration systems. Our approach is targeted and non-destructive to identify likely moisture sources and risk areas.
